Unpleasant appearance involving multiple issues : combined discrepancies of color – shape – position and gum over-exposure (gummy smile). Teeth tilted inwards and located off the facial middle line (been moved to the left).
Periodontal plastic surgery was performed to dissipate unpleasant exposure of gums. 6 ceramic veneers been bonded on the upper front teeth. Their aesthetic role being as to ”move” teeth to a prominent position and ”re-position” the teeth close to middle line.
