Zirconia Fixed Partial Denture

Pre op

Functional and aesthetic deterioration due to insufficient fitting of PFM bridge and to excessive use of opaque porcelain aiming to hide the metal under-structure. Thin gum biotype (thin and delicate gum tissues) cannot cloak the outspread of greyish colour of metal understructure through gums (grey-brown gums)

Post op

Replacement of defective PFM bridge by Zirconia bridge with premium adaptation attributed to its increased translucency (new Zirconia discs). Length-width ratio of front dentition is restored and natural gum colour is rehabilitated
