Patient is a bruxer , therefore clenches his jaws. Breaking down of teeth resulted in unpleasant appearance
Initial photo of teeth. Clenching results in fractures – tooth edges snap and break off. Challenge was to not drill teeth at all, as dictated by conservative approach.
Four direct veneers on 4 upper front teeth. Note: insical translucency and micro morphology enhances colour and harmony.
Layering of composites mimics natural anatomy and natural tooth shades. Length and shape restored.
