1-day therapies with implant-supported crowns/bridges
Immediate loading of implants can be applied with same-day fixed prostheses (see: implants)
1-day therapies with tooth supported temporary crowns/bridges
Premium temporary crowns/bridges (made of PMMA/zirconia hybrids) can accommodate the functional & aesthetic requirements of the prosthetic patient in-a day
Premium Transitional/Temporary Restorations
- They protect teeth-abutments from bacteria and block out sensitivities
- They facilitate immediate rehabilitation (teeth same-day)
- They faithfully transfer shape, contour & position of the ”new dentition” produced by Aesthetic Analysis and Digital Smile Design.
- They are repairable, thus minor to extensive modifications can be made easily
- Trial period of some months with premium PMMA/zirconia transitional restorations is necessary among bruxers, so that all factors be promptly evaluated.
- Temporaries navigate the fabrication of the final restorations & can be used as surgical guides for optimal implant placement
- Their greatest value is in reconstructing the worn dentition. In such cases, trial period is extended and includes multiple occlusal modifications. Therefore final restorations are faithfully replicated out of the transitionals
Seamless Smile Restoration in a Single Visit. When a front tooth is removed, we can restore aesthetics immediately with a custom temporary bridge. Placed on the same day, it preserves gum contours & ensures natural transition to the final prosthetic. For adolescents with congenital tooth absence, Maryland and Rochette bridges offer a non-invasive solution—bonded without altering healthy teeth. This elegant approach maintains function and aesthetics until a dental implant is placed in adulthood. Patients leave with a beautifully restored smile the very same day—natural, seamless, and meticulously crafted.
Temporary veneers, crowns-cases are fabricated pre-operatively and bonded with temporary paste to the teeth after the session is completed. Materials of choice for temporary crowns are acrylic resin or composite resins. 1 session is required to build a temporary restoration. The final cost depends on the material and method of construction. Without appropriate transitional restorations it is impossible to achieve a perfect final prosthetic restoration.
